1. What can I use my invitation link and the Affiliate Share from the product page for?

As a promoter, you could spread invitation link and Affiliate Share, and anyone who signs up for a Cndepot account on PC through these channels will become your affiliate and contribute to your affiliation bonus.

2. How to get claimable bonus?

Cndepot will settle the bonus to your [Claimable Bonus] as soon as your affiliated users’ parcels have been delivered.

3. Why I can’t claim the claimable bonus?

For different levels of promoters, there are different requirements for the number of active users in order to be eligible for withdrawal bonus：

*Note: Active users refer to those among your affiliates who have submitted a parcel within the past 60 days, starting from today.

4. Why my claimable bonus is gone?

We’re sorry to tell you that each bonus that is not claimed within 60 days after entering the [Claimable Bonus] will expire, and the bonus will be withdrawn by the system and cannot be restored. So stay tuned to Cndepot!

5. Rules of claimable bonus rate.

For Basic Affiliate Promoter:
If the affiliated user is of vip0 level, the promoter can get 3% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip1 level, the promoter can get 2% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip2 level or above, the promoter can get 1% bonus of the parcel shipping cost after the parcel is delivered.

For Bronze Affiliate Promoter:
If the affiliated user is of vip0 level, the promoter can get 4% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip1 level, the promoter can get 3% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip2 level, the promoter can get 2% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip3 level or above, the promoter can get 1% bonus of the parcel shipping cost after the parcel is delivered.

For Silver Affiliate Promoter:
If the affiliated user is of vip0 level, the promoter can get 5% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip1 level, the promoter can get 4% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip2 level, the promoter can get 3% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip3 level, the promoter can get 2% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip4 level or above, the promoter can get 1% bonus of the parcel shipping cost after the parcel is delivered.

For Gold Affiliate Promoter:
If the affiliated user is of vip0 level, the promoter can get 6% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip1 level, the promoter can get 5% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip2 level, the promoter can get 4% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip3 level, the promoter can get 3% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip4 level, the promoter can get 2% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip5 level or above, the promoter can get 1% bonus of the parcel shipping cost after the parcel is delivered.

For Platinum Affiliate Promoter:
If the affiliated user is of vip0 level, the promoter can get 7% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip1 level, the promoter can get 6% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip2 level, the promoter can get 5% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip3 level, the promoter can get 4% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip4 level, the promoter can get 3% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip5 level, the promoter can get 2% bonus of the parcel shipping fee after the parcel is delivered.
If the affiliated user is of vip6 level or above, the promoter can get 1% bonus of the parcel shipping cost after the parcel is delivered.
